Mr. Raymond Goveas set-up Sharon Associates with the view of providing specialized services in the field of Land Acquisition, to corporate companies and individuals.

Having 10 years of extensive experience in the field of Acquisition he provided to the organization the backbone to take on this great opportunity and challenge.

Under Mr. Goveas’ dynamic stewardship and understanding of the sector, the group in a short span of less than a decade has grown exponentially in their core business of Land Acquisition which involved Research of land, Analyzing of scope of growth,Due Diligence, Liasioning with local authorities and land facilitators. From the year 2012 till date they have acquired 1,603 acres of land, averaging to 400 Acres of land annually!!!

Mr. Goveas’ vision to makeforay in Residential and Commercial Realty sector took shape when ‘Eden Home’ a 95 flat residential project was launched at Neral, Karjat, Maharashtra in 2014. Today the project is completed and handed over to the society. Sharon Group is rapidly moving forward in ‘Affordable Housing Sector’ with a recent launch of 228 flats residential projects in Neral, Taluka Karjat and projects at Pimpri-Chinchwad in Pune and Chirner on outskirts of Panvel, Navi Mumbai currently in pipeline.
